We at Safety TEC, Inc. hope this finds you warm and enjoying this slow time of winter.  We would like to touch base with you on the upcoming historical year in the equestrian world at the Kentucky Horse Park, in Lexington Kentucky.  As we all know, the WEG games are fast approaching and will soon begin at the Kentucky Horse Park.  However, before the Kentucky Horse Park closes for the WEG games, there are several scheduled events, which must be gotten through before the WEG games begin and after. 

We are in the process of preparing for the upcoming 2010 season.  We would like to make sure we get your event on our 2010 calendar.  If you would like Safety TEC, Inc. to provide services for your event again during this upcoming calendar season, I have enclosed a client sheet.  Please review and fill in any information that may be missing for your 2010 event.  (Note that we understand some events may not be able to give specific times, because you have not gotten entries yet, you can send your specific times at a later time.)  Once you return the completed form back to us, this will be confirmation that our services are requested.  Please remember if you do not return a completed client sheet requesting our services, thirty (30) days prior to your event, then you will be assessed a late fee rate or penalty.

Also please be aware that if your event is going to be affected by the preparations for the WEG games, or if your event has been moved to a different location, please contact us to make prior arrangements for these events, as soon as possible.  Depending on the new location of the event, we will need to make arrangements and preparations for these situations, and time to establish emergency response plans.
